Kelsey Morozumi

I’m Kelsey, OBM (online business manager) and owner of Virtually Upward Consulting LLC. I support heart centered CEOs with strategic collaboration, thought partnership, and operations management so that they can scale their businesses and revenue sustainably and with ease. I help women make the space and time for the deep work and systems strategy that will help their business grow with limitless potential.

I can support you with: OBM Support including: Operations management, project management, team management, creating SOPs, building and optimizing systems, client onboarding and offboarding, and general administrative support. I offer project based work as well as monthly retainer support.

OBM + VA (virtual assistant) Support: All the OBM good stuff PLUS any type of administrative task support! I support clients in many different industries- generally online service providers.

I live in Missoula, and have one little boy. I love the outdoors, travel, a good thrift shop, books, baking, and deep conversations. I am an Enneagram Type 1 and a Projector in Human Design. Prior to starting my business, I had over a decade of experience supporting small businesses with admin, HR, employee benefits, and customer service.
